Every trip we make is bespoke, but most fall loosely into one of the shapes below. If yours doesn't, that is usually the most interesting kind.
The core of what we do. Two to five weeks, anywhere in the world, designed around your calendar and your curiosity. Typical investment from $14,000 per traveller.
Grandparents, parents, teenagers — three rhythms in one trip. We design separate days that meet for dinner, and shared experiences that work for everyone.
Quiet, considered, and never the same as the couple before you. We arrange the surprises you'll want and skip the ones you won't.
Three months to a year. A single base, or a slow arc across several. We handle visas, schools, language tutors, and the boring middle that travel writers leave out.
For clients in the Bay Area: a long weekend in Mendocino, a midweek in the Anderson Valley, a quiet stretch on the Lost Coast. Designed for Friday‑to‑Monday.
For families who travel often: a single planner on retainer, a shared trip calendar, and a permanent home for your preferences, allergies, and passport details.
We charge a planning fee that scales with the length and complexity of the journey — usually between $850 and $4,200. After that, every cost is passed through at the price we pay, with no hidden mark‑up. You'll see the invoices.
We're paid the same whether you stay in a guesthouse or a grand hotel. That makes it easier to be honest with you.
