These Terms govern the planning and booking services provided by Halcyon Skyways Travel Co. (\"we,\" \"us\"). By engaging us, by signing a planning agreement, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms.
We act as an independent travel planner and booking agent. We do not own or operate hotels, airlines, transport, restaurants, or activities. The supplier you book through us is the principal provider of those services and is responsible to you under its own terms.
A planning fee is quoted in writing before work begins and is due on signature. A deposit toward bookings is usually required at the time we secure them; the balance is due by the date noted on your invoice. Supplier deposits are governed by the supplier's terms and may be non‑refundable.
The planning fee is non‑refundable once work has begun. Supplier cancellations follow each supplier's own policy, which we will share with you in writing. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
We will accommodate changes where possible. Supplier change fees may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visas, and any required health documentation. We will advise on what is typically required but we cannot guarantee entry.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim arising out of our planning services is limited to the planning fee you paid us for the trip in question. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third‑party suppliers, for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, weather, strikes, public health), or for indirect or consequential losses.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip. We can introduce a broker on request but we do not sell insurance.
You agree to follow reasonable instructions from suppliers and local authorities. We may decline to plan or continue planning a trip where doing so would put you, our team, or our partners at unreasonable risk.
The contents of this website, including text, images, and itinerary documents, are the property of Halcyon Skyways Travel Co. and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
